Q: Can I train as a barber with you?
Yes! Our Certified Partner Program offers hands-on training for barbers wanting to offer hair systems. You can train in your shop or ours.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — our Confidence and Premium Tiers include flexible monthly payments and maintenance services.

Q: How do I care for my system?
We provide full Aftercare Products and a Maintenance Guide for home or in-salon support.

🔁 Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of custom-made hair systems and hygiene regulations:

  • We do not accept returns on used or fitted systems.

  • Unopened products (extensions or aftercare) can be returned within 14 days.

  • Cancellations for training must be made 7 days in advance to transfer or refund your booking.
